Fiona Oakes Foundation
The Fiona Oakes Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation.
Fiona Oakes, 45 has been vegan all her adult life, is a patron of CAPS (Captive Animal Protection Society) an honorary patron of the Vegan Society and also runs Tower Hill Stables Animal Sanctuary where she cares for over 400 rescued animals.
Fiona holds 5 marathon course records including most recently the North Pole Marathon in which she shattered the previous course record by an incredible 44 minutes and was only beaten by just 2 men
Despite having a knee replacement Fiona has completed over 25 marathons & has a personal best of 2 hours 38 minutes.
It’s objectives are as follows:

To promote a cruelty free Vegan lifestyle through participation in marathon and ultramarathon events

To attend Veg/Vegan festivals to talk about Fiona’s lifestyle approach and incredible achivements
