These organic chickpea puffs (Hippeas) are something we have wanted to try for a while,we seen them going around on the internet but did not see them in any stores. Anyways i went into my local boots the other day and i saw a range of their crisps on the shelves so could not refuse to get a couple of bags. We went onto try the first bag which is sweet & smokin’ and then secondly pepper power. It is safe to say that they both tasted great!
There is may great things about these chickpea puffs that we love so much here at Vegan Festivals UK. Firstly the name of the brand is fantastic and very well suited, whoever thought of this may be a genius! The packaging is also great it stands out from all the rest and you immediately want to find out what this product is all about. On the back of the packaging it is very clear that the product is vegan and also gluten free, if there is one thing i dislike is having to look through the packaging to see if the product is vegan however on the back it states vegan very clearly. Also on the back of the packaging it states that this brand gives back through every pack bought, i think this is great that there is something going back into the community.
