Whether you’re an avid yogi or have never stopped foot on a mat, you’re all welcome to join me for an hour of vinyasa flow yoga. I will guide you through an energising and dynamic sequence to build strength and mobility with a good dose of deep relaxation. Through uniting breath with movement, you will be sure to leave feeling calm and balanced.
Limited mats available so please bring you own if you have one. This workshop is scheduled for 3.15pm
