Every time I find myself away from home, be it here or abroad I make the effort to find a dedicated vegan cafe or restaurant, anywho, earlier this month (October), I needed to spend a few days in Solihull and as always I was searching HappyCow to find a nice place to eat, I came across Natural Healthy Foods a vegan eatery/shop that had a proper selection of quality foods. The cafe was buffet style and a (Weigh your own food) type of place, normally I’m not a fan of this due to the fact I don’t know the price until its too late, fortunately my meal was less than a tenner which was good as that was all I had on me…
Unsure of how long Natural Healthy Foods had been open but it seemed to be very busy and many people were stopping and looking at their menu. I love to see business like this thriving, as we all know this is the future.
This is from their own website.

Viva! campaigns for a vegan world because most farmed animals spend their short and miserable lives in the filth of factory farms and are killed with sickening barbarity – see here We expose this abuse by secretly going inside these shameful places and filming the suffering – publicising it with nationwide campaigns that bring about change. Billions of animals are also killed at sea causing immense suffering and the ecological collapse of the oceans.
