Papa Ganoush is a family run Middle Eastern Street food business that has been evolving over a number of years. The passion the family has began in earnest last year when we decided that we should get out there and do what we are good at. Originally we created food for charity events to assist in raising money and this continues to be a part of what we do.
The food we do is in short supply in North East; that is not mass-produced; nor is it unhealthy and it is different to the norm.
We are not producing something to eat more we are giving customers something that tastes fantastic.
We have cooked our take on Indian and Middle Eastern food for years, and we emphasis “take” because that’s all of us ever do really. Its just evolution, and we guess it sifts out those who would get all stuffy because it isn’t “authentic” Well, what is “authentic” honestly does it really matter?
We develop our style from Turkey to Israel and put a western touch to it all.
